Working principle
The GuanGu Mirror Polishing Machine places metal workpieces, specially formulated plant-basedabrasive particles, and lubricating oil into a high-speed rotating drum. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the workpieces and particles undergo intense, multi-directional collisions, rolling, and friction.The particles perform micro-cutting and shaping on the workpiece surface, while the polishing oil provides lubrication, cooling, and a brightening effect. This automated process efficiently replaces manual polishing, continuously removing microscopic irregularities, ultimately achieving a high-gloss mirror finish on the metal surface.
